转rolB基因棉花抗旱性研究 被引量:4

摘要 以导入rolB基因的第6代转基因棉花植株为供试材料,对转基因株系进行苗期抗旱性鉴定,茎粗、根/冠比的调查和分析。结果表明:rolB基因的导入不仅使转基因棉的茎粗明显提高,而且还使其生根能力明显增强,根/冠比显著大于对照,表现为根系更为强大,抗旱性更强。 T6 generation of rolB transgenic upland cotton was applied to investigate the drought resistance, stem diameter and ratio of root to shoot of transgenic cotton in seedling stage. The results showed that the rolB gene not only increase the stem diameter of transgenic cotton, but also improve rooting ability apparently. The ratio of root to shoot of rolB transgenic cotton is significantly larger than that of control, the roots and the drought resistances of it are stronger.
