摘要
为了改善电网可靠性评估的计算效率 ,提出了RBF(径向基函数 )神经网络的学习算法和电网可靠性评估算法。计算结果表明 :此算法能够快速有效地进行可靠性评估。
In order to improve the existing method of electric network reliability evaluation ,this paper presents a learning algorithm of RBF neural network and an assessment algorithm of electrical power system reliability. The results of calculation show that the algorithm may quickly and effectively make reliability assessment of an electrical power system.
