摘要
临床微生物的教学目的是让学生掌握所有微生物领域的技能,包括传统的微生物诊断方法及出现的新方法,熟悉感染性疾病诊断试验的科学基础,与临床良好的沟通技能,具备结合试验结果与临床信息诊断感染性疾病的能力,并能为临床提出进一步的检验建议。另一个目的是培养学生具备领导一个临床实验室的知识和能力,包括实验室管理、新方法以及实验室质量控制。因此,在教学中应突出临床和微生物检验的密切联系,加强临床微生物专业知识的更新,以此提高临床微生物学的教学质量。
Clinical microbiology is a broad discipline that encompasses many areas such as traditional microbiology diagnostic testing and new arisen methods. The goal of microbiology teaching is to help students grasp all the skills, get familiar to the science underlying diagnostic testing for infectious diseases as well as good clinical communication skills, and possess the ability to integrate laboratory test data with clinical information to diagnose infec- tious diseases, and make recommendations for clinical further testing. The other goal is to gain the knowledge and ability needed as the leader of a clini- cal microbiology laboratory, including laboratory management, new test methods, and laboratory quality control. Therefore, we should pay more atten- tion to the closely relationship between clinic and microbiology testing, strengthen the update of clinical microbiology knowledge to improve the teaching quality of clinical microbiology.
