摘要
分析了变电站安全工器具管理工作现状及存在的问题,介绍了安全工器具全生命周期RFID管理系统的构成与功能,该系统在包头北500 kV变电站应用后,取得了安全工器具的试验周期实时监控、自动读取和记录安全工器具数据信息、实时监控安全工器具使用情况,以及安全工器具库房无人化管理等效果。
The paper analysed the safety equipment management status quo and existing problems in transformer substations, and introduced the structure and the function of RFID whole-life-cycle management system on the safety equipment. After the system had been used in North Baotou 500 kV substation, the effects of the security apparatus＇ real-time monitoring of the test cycle, reading and recording the safety appliance data information autinatically, real-time monitoring of safety equipment in usage, and unmanned management of the security apparatus＇ storehouse were obtained.
