摘要
针对包头供电局220 kV麻池变电站发生的一起全站停电事故,按照电网事故的处理原则,中调、地调调度员立即采取拉路、控制负荷等措施保持电网稳定,隔离故障点后,迅速恢复电网正常运行,最大限度地降低了事故造成的损失。对事故发生及处理过程的分析,可为以后的事故处理提供借鉴,有利于确保电网安全稳定运行。
Power grid accident of station blackout occured in Machi 220 kV substation of Baotou Power Supply Bureau. According to power grid accident treatment principle, the provincial and municipal dispatchers took measures of power brownouts and load control to keep power grid stability. After fault isolation, normal operation of power grid restored quickly. The treatment to this accident can provide a reference for the treatment to other similar accident and it can ensure the grid stable operation.
