摘要 对神华神东电力萨拉齐电厂2×300 MW机组双床循环流化床锅炉的翻床问题进行分析,通过机组调试过程中的调整试验,找出引起翻床问题的原因为:2个一次风室风量、两侧给煤量、两侧回料器回料量存在偏差,进而提出应保持2个燃烧室循环物料量平衡及一、二次风风量相同等措施,有效地避免了锅炉翻床,使机组能够安全、稳定运行。 The author analyzed the overturnbeds of 2×300 MW dual-circulation fluidized bed boiler units in Shenhua Shendong Power Salaqi power plant. Through adjustment test in the unit commissioning process, the author found out the cause of the overturn beds a deviation in the amount of two primary air chamber air volume, both sides of the feeding coal, back feeding of the both sides of back feeder. Then put forward measures to keep the two combustion chambers circulation material balance, and keep the same air volume between primary and secondary air to effectively avoid the boiler turned bed, and make the units run safely.
