摘要
以关天地区2000～2008年农村社会经济指标数据为依据,构建系统评价指标体系,得出了关天地区与其各地市的农业生态经济系统协调度和协调等级。结果表明:(1)2000～2008年,关天地区的农业生态经济协调度整体上表现为2000～2006年持续上升,2006～2007年有所下降,之后呈上升趋势,生态子系统协调度在波动中下降,经济子系统的协调度表现为稳定的上升趋势,社会子系统的协调度处于在波动中上升的趋势;(2)关天地区各地市的农业生态经济协调度整体上表现为波动上升的趋势,其中天水市的农业生态经济的协调度上升最快,宝鸡、咸阳、渭南和杨凌区次之,西安、铜川市上升较慢;(3)农业生态经济系统中生态子系统对地区农业系统协调度有抑制作用,经济子系统表现为促进作用,社会子系统处于波动增长影响。
Based on the data of rural social and economic indexes in Guantian region during 2000 - 2008, this study established the evaluation index system, and obtained the harmony coefficient and harmony rank of agricultural eco - economic system in Guantian region and its all counties （cities）. The results showed that ： （ 1 ） During 2000 -2008, the harmony coefficient of agricultural eco - e- conomic system in Guantian region generally presented a continual rising from 2000 to 2006, a decrease during 2006- 2007, and then a rising trend; the harmony coefficient of ecological subsystem decreased undulately, that of economic subsystem increased stably, and that of social subsystem increased fluctuantly. （2） The harmony coefficient of agricultural eco - economic system in all counties （cit- ies） of Guantian region showed an increasing trend with fluctuation in a whole; the harmony coefficient of agricultural eco -economic system in Tianshui city increased fastest, followed by that in Baoji, Xianyang, Weinan and Yangling district, and that in Xi＇ an and Tongchuan increased slowly. （3） In agricultural eco - economic system, the ecological subsystem had inhibitory action on the harmony coefficient of agricultural system in this region, the economic subsystem had promotive action, and the social subsystem had increasing effect with fluctuation.
