摘要
以最佳预加过盈值调整轴承,可以提高轴承刚度和延长轴承基本额定寿命。文中推导出最佳刚度-预加过盈、寿命-预加过盈和检验轴承实际预加过盈值的切向起动拉力的计算公式;并以实例介绍了预加过盈的调整参数和可靠性参数的验算方法。附图4幅,表6个,参考文献3篇。
Using the optimal value of pre- interference fit
to adjust bearings, the rigidity & basic rating life of bearings can be improved and prolonged respectively. The calculation for mula of optimum rigidity-pre-interference fit value and optimum life-pre-interference fit value as well as the tangential start tensile-force for checking bearings actual pre - inter ference fit value;some examples on the checking computation of adjustment and raliability parameters of pre - interference fit are introduced in the paper.
