摘要
应用塑性变形理论,利用精密挤压技术原理和热处理理论。研究出一种适合大批量生产,质量稳定可靠的加工工艺,来满足该产品批量生产的需求。通过塑性变形程度计算,工装设计、改进,热处理工艺流程和参数选择,解决了一直困绕产品质量和批量生产的问题。最后通过了评审,应用于生产,年生产达千万。
A processing technology suitable for mass production, with stable and reliable quality is developed to meet 1he needs of mass production of the product by theory of plastic deformation , extrusion technology principle and the theory of heat treatment. Through plastic deformation degree calculation, die design and improvement, selection of heat treatment process and parameters, the problems of product quality and mass production are solved. Finally, the technology is applied to production ,the annual output is 10 million.
