摘要
目的:观察复方延胡散治疗室性早搏的临床疗效。方法:将90例室性早搏患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各45例,对照组给予美西律治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采用复方延胡散治疗。4周后,观察临床症状及24 h动态心电图的变化,评估其疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);心电图改变比较,治疗组室早降低情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方延胡散治疗室性早搏有显著疗效,且无明显毒副作用。
Objective： To observe the effect of Compound Corydalis Powder for the patients with premature ventricualr contraction. Methods： 90 patients with premature ventricualr contraction were randomly divided into control group （n=45） and treatment group （n^5）. The patients in control group were treated with mexiletine, and the patients in treatment group were treat- ed by Compound Corydalis Powder and mexiletine,treated for 4 weeks. The change of the clinical symptoms and 24 hours dy- namic electrocardiogram were observed after 4 weeks to assess the curative effect. Results： The clinical total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group showed higher total effective rate on ECG than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compound Corydalis Powder can provide obvious effect on premature ventricualr contraction with little toxic and side effect.
