摘要
目的:观察桃红四物汤配合丹参注射液防治人工髋关节置换术后DVT的有效性。方法:将96例符合人工髋关节置换术指征的患者按随机数字表法随机分成治疗组及对照组各48例,两组术后均采用常规治疗基础上,对照组加低分子肝素,治疗组采用丹参注射液+桃红四物汤治疗,观察治疗前后血液流变学指标PT、FIB、APTT及D-dimer,进行动态监测以评价有效性、安全性。结果:两组术后均无均无DVT形成,术后血液流变学指标有所增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤配合丹参注射液对人工髋关节置换术后DVT发生有较好的预防作用。
Objective： To observe the effect of combination of Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Agents Decoction and Danshen Injections on deep vein thrombosis after artificial hip joint replacement. Methods： 96 patients, In accordance with ar- tificial hip joint replacement indication, were randomly divided into treatment group （n=48） and control group （n=48）; both of the two groups were treat with conventional therapy. The patients in the control group were treated by Low Molecular Heparin, and patients of the treatment group were treated with Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Agents Decoction and Danshen Injec- tions. PT, FIB, APTT and D-dimer were observed before and after the treatment to evaluate the effect and safety. Resuhs： There was no DVT in both two groups, with improvement of hemorheology indications（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combination of Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Agents Decoction and Danshen Injections can provide preventive effect on Deep Vein Thrombosis after Artificial Hip Joint Replacement.
