摘要
土壤长期监测数据为土壤质量和公共健康保护决策提供输入判据,数据质量保证和质量控制的重要性不容忽视。本文研究了基于知识规则的农田土壤监测数据质量检验方法,包括长期监测数据质量检验的需求分析,质量控制背景数据库的建立,数据挖掘和基于专家经验和统计的知识规则提取。最后,介绍了基于上述方法开发的中国生态系统研究网络农田土壤监测数据质量检验系统的应用。
Long-term monitoring data of soil are critical inputs to decisions involving soil quality and protection of public health. The importance of data quality assurance and quality control cannot be understated. A method of data quality validation for farmland soil monitoring based on knowledge rules is studied, including the requirement analysis of quality validation for soil long-term monitoring data, the establishment of background database for quality control, data mining and knowledge rules extraction based on expert experience and statistics. With this method, a data quality validation system for farmland soil monitoring was developed and applied to the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network.
