摘要
目的制备甲硝唑微囊并对其质量进行评价。方法以明胶和阿拉伯胶为囊材,采用复凝聚法制备甲硝唑微囊,并对微囊的包封率、载药量和体外释药性进行考察。结果所制微囊包封率在72%以上,载药量大于40%,8h时累积释药量达85%。结论该制剂制备方法简便易行,质量评价合格。
Objective To prepare and evaluate the quality of Metronidazole Microeapsules. Methods Metronidazole Microcapsules were prepared by a complex coaeervation method using gelatin arabia gum as the capsule wall material. The entrapment efficiency, the loading amount and the drug release property in vitro were investigated. Results The prepared microcapsules were well-distrib-uted in encapsulation efficiency above 72 %,loading amount above 40% ,and accumulative drug release rate 85% at 8 h. Conclusion The method is simple and feasible,and the quality of prepared microcapsules complies with the standard.
