摘要
除了单独建制的少年儿童图书馆,公共图书馆也担负着为未成年人服务的工作。从我国公共图书馆未成年人服务的现状来看,目前公共图书馆未成年人服务还很薄弱。公共图书馆未成年人服务的核心能力包括信息素养的培养、知识交流能力的培养和终身学习意识的培养等。为了更好地满足未成年人的服务需求,公共图书馆未成年人服务应结合国家政策导向,主动提升未成年人服务的核心能力,积极改进其服务策略。
Public libraries are also responsible for serving minors besides children libraries with independent organizational system. From the situation of minor services of domestic public libraries at present, minor services of public libraries are very weak. The core competency of minor services of public libraries include the cultivation of the information literacy, the cultivation of the knowledge communication capacity and the cultivation of the awareness of lifelong learning. In order to satisfy the need of minors, minor services of public libraries should combine with the national policy orientation, improve core competency of minor services of public libraries, and improve service strategies actively.
