摘要
目的 探讨细胞凋亡和细胞增殖在胆囊肿瘤发生发展中的作用。方法 用原位末端标记法和免疫组织化学染色 ,检测 2 4例胆囊癌和 16例胆囊腺瘤中的凋亡细胞数和PCNA及bcl-2癌基因的表达情况。结果 胆囊腺瘤中的凋亡细胞数明显低于胆囊癌 (P <0 0 1) ;分化好的胆囊癌中的凋亡细胞数低于分化差的胆囊腺癌。PCNA和bcl -2的阳性表达率在胆囊癌中明显高于胆囊腺瘤。结论 胆囊癌不仅有较高的增殖能力 ,而且有很高的细胞凋亡率。
Aim To investigate the effects of apoptosis and proliferation in gallbladder neoplasms.Methods The number of the apoptotic cells,the positive expression of PCNA and bcl-2 oncoprotein were observed in 24 gallbladder carcinomas and 16 gallbladder adenomas using in situ end labeling (ISEL) method and immunohistochemical staining.Result The numbers of apoptosis in gallbladder adenoma were significantly lower than that in gallbladder carcinoma(P<001);well differentiated gallbladder carcimoma has less apoptotic cells than pooly differentiated gallbladder carcinoma does (P<005).The expression rates of PCNA and bcl-2 in gallbladder cacinoma were significantly higher than that in gallbladder adenoma (P<005).Conclusion Gallbladder carcinoma cell not only has highly proliferative ability,but also has many apoptotic cells.Apoptosis may play an important role in the pathogenesis of gallbladder carcinoma.
