摘要
当前我国农村社会矛盾复杂多样。应采取多种措施,标本兼治:把解决农民最关心的问题作为化解矛盾的切入点;提高村干部素质,增强解决矛盾的能力;深入开展普法教育,依法管理农村社会事务;建立健全处理农村社会矛盾的长效机制。
Nowadays social contradictions in rural China are very complicated, and various measures should be adopted to resolve them. First of all we should solve the problem that the peasants are most interested in, improve the quality of the cadres in rural areas and their ability to solve the problems, spread general knowledge of law among the people, and establish an enduring system to solve so- cial problems in rural areas.
