摘要
指出了随着城市化进程的加快,福州的交通承受着前所未有的压力,针对这个问题福州市市政府积极修建二环路高架快速通道加以解决,但由此又引出交通噪声扰民的问题。从噪声的来源和危害出发,分析了高架桥周围噪声的现状,通过对现有的10座高架桥周边小区进行实地监测,进而提出了改善声环境质量的建议。
With rapid development of urbanization, the traffic in Fuzhou City is under unprecedtented pressure. In order to address the traffic problems, the municipal government has built the Second Ring Viaduct, However, it raises the issue of traffic noise nuisance. This article analyses the current status of noise in viaduct surrounding areas,monitors the existing 10 viaduct sites,and provides suggestions for improving the quality of sound environment.
