摘要
本文报道四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病大鼠外周血嗜中性粒细胞对中华墨汁颗粒的吞噬功能测定,结果显示:(1)糖尿病大鼠嗜中性粒细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数明显降低(P<0.01);(2)体外试验观察到在高葡萄糖浓度下,正常大鼠嗜中性粒细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数显著下降,并与葡萄糖浓度呈负相关关系(P<0.01),但相关关系不密切。
In this study, phagocytic function of circulating neutrophils from diabetic rats induced by alloXan was investigated .The results showed that, (a)phagccytic rate and index of neutrophils from the diabetic rats significantly decreased(P<0.01); (2)Phagocytic rate and index of neutrophils from normal rats decreased at high blood glucose concentration, and the degree of the reduction was significantly (P<0.01) correlated to glucose levels, but not very closely.Our data suggested that hyperglycemia may be one of the causes that damage the phagocytic function of neutrophils in diabetes mellitus
