摘要
通过测定阀门经加工后的残余应力、观察裂纹断口微观组织等，分析了阀门产生气孔和裂纹的原因，并提出改进阀门质量的实施方案。
The reasons of blowholes and cracks in valve surfacing are analyzed based on the measurement off residual stress and observation of fracture micmetructure. Then the Improving plan of quality for valve surfacing is put forward.
