摘要
目的观察心荣片联合常规治疗对急性病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法选取急性病毒性心肌炎患者65例,随机分为两组,治疗组给予心荣片联合常规治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。观察两组临床症状、体征、及肌钙蛋白和肌酸磷酸激酶的水平。结果治疗组治愈率为62.50%,对照组治愈率为42.42%,治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为84.85%,两组治愈率及总有效率相比,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组在肌钙蛋白和肌酸磷酸激酶水平上的差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论心荣片联合常规治疗对急性病毒性心肌炎的疗效肯定,并能明显改善心肌受损情况。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of xingrong tablets combined with routine treatment on acute viral myocarditis. Methods 65 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were treated by xingrong tablets combined with routine treatment and the control group were treated by routine treatment. The level and change of clinical symptoms, physical signs, as well as troponin and creatine phosphokinase in both two groups were ob- served. Results After the treatment, the cure rate in both two groups were 62.50 % and 42.42 % respectively,while the total effective rate was 93.75 % in treatment group and 84.85 % in control group with obvious difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences of the troponin and creatine phosphokinase level between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Xingrong tablets combined with routine treatment could treat acute viral myocarditis with effctive improving the myocardial damage.
