可调压式分流管治疗正常压力脑积水 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨可调压力分流管行脑室-腹腔分流术治疗正常压力脑积水的优点及疗效。方法选择70例正常压力脑积水随机分为两组,A组36例采用固定压力分流管行脑室-腹腔分流术;B组采用可调压力分流管行脑室-腹腔分流术。组间对临床症状明显改善及再次手术进行比较。结果 A组36例患者术后病情明显好转14例,临床症状无明显好转22例,需再次手术22例;B组34例患者术后经调节病情明显好转32例,临床症状无明显好转2例。均不需再次手术。结论可调压力分流管行脑室-腹腔分流术治疗正常压力脑积水疗效好,不需再次手术更换分流阀。
