摘要
目的探讨优质护理在断肢再植患者护理中的应用。方法将我院2009年8月至2011年8月收治的40例断肢再植患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用优质护理服务,比较两组患者的断肢再植成功率、术后并发症发生率、护理质量满意度及出院前的焦虑、抑郁心理。结果两组患者的断肢再植成功率无显著性差异,P>0.05。但观察组术后并发症的发生率、护理质量满意度及出院前的焦虑、抑郁程度显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论优质护理有利于减少断肢再植患者术后的并发症,提高护理质量,改善不良心理。
Objective To investigate the quality of care in nursing patients with replantation of severed limb. Methods In our hospital from 2009August to2011August,40 cases of replantation of severed limb patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group using conventional nursing, observation group in the control group on the basis of the quality of nursing service, comparing the two groups of patients with replantation of severed limb success rate, the incidence of postoperative complications, satisfaction degree on nursing quality and discharge before the anxiety, depression. Results In two groups of patients with replantation of severed limb success rate had no significant difference, P〉 0.05. But the observation group, the incidence of postoperative complications, satisfaction degree on nursing quality and before discharge from the anxiety, depression severity was significantly superior to the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The quality of nursing care is helpful for reducing limb replantation patients postoperative complications, improve the quality of care, to improve the adverse psychological.
