摘要
通过进行冷风动力场试验、热态试验以及燃烧器区域烟气成分测试 ,对邯郸热电厂 2 2 0t/h锅炉水冷壁连续爆漏的原因进行了分析 ,认为燃烧器存在缺陷和运行工况恶劣 ,是导致水冷壁磨损和高温腐蚀的原因 。
Through the cold state air dynamic field test, hot state test and composition test of flue gas in burner area, the cause analysis of waterwall leakage of a 220 t/h boiler in Handan Cogeneration Power Plant is performed. The results indicate that the defects of burners and bad operation performance lead to wear out and high temperature corrosion of the waterwall. Some countermeasures are also proposed.
