摘要
针对传统机械式测风设备平均无故障时间短、维护成本高等缺点,以GEMESA风力发电机组为对象,介绍了利用超声波测风系统替代机械式测风设备的技术及方法。并以微控制器为核心,开发出了一套超声波测风仪与风力发电机组通信的规约转化模块。试验结果表明:超声波测风系统能够提高风力发电机组的利用率与稳定性。
As the traditional mechanical anemometer equipment MTBF is short and high maintenance costs etc, this paper has described the technology and methods that ultrasonic anemometer alternative the mechanical anemometer with the GEMESA wind turbine as an example. Set the microcontroller as core, a set of ultrasonic anemometer and the wind turbine communication protocol conversion module is developed. The test results prove that it could improve wind power efficiency and stability.
