摘要
目的总结高容量血液滤过(high volume hemofiltration,HVHF)治疗重症创伤后多器官功能障碍综合征(multipleorgan dysfunction syndrome,MODS)的疗效和护理方法。方法回顾性分析成都军区总医院2004-2011年行HVHF治疗的82例重症创伤后MODS患者,总结其临床资料及护理经验。结果 82例患者中好转43例,死亡39例,病死率为47.5%;HVHF治疗后患者的血肌酐、氧合指数、平均动脉压均明显改善。结论 HVHF可有效治疗重症创伤后MODS;高质量的护理可保证HVHF的安全、顺利进行。
Objective To summary the nursing experience and effects of high volume hemofiltration（HVHF） in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS） after severe trauma.MethodsWe retrospectively studied 82 patients with MODS after severe trauma from the General Hospital of Chengdu Military Command,who were treated with HVHF from January 2004 to October 2010.The clinical data and nursing experience were summarized accordingly.ResultsOf the 82 patients,43 cases were improved,39 cases died,and the mortality was 47.5%.The Cr level,oxygenation index,MAP were significantly improved after HVHF.ConclusionHVHF is an effective measure for patients with MODS after severe trauma.Quality nursing is essential for the safe and smooth HVHF.
