摘要
目的观察葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的效果。方法选取100例因急性腹泻入院的患儿,大便轮状病毒检查均为阳性。随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规补液,维持电解质平衡和抗病毒及对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上,加用口服葡萄糖酸锌片,以10d为一个疗程,观察两组的止泻时间、疗效。结果两组止泻时间比较治疗组明显短于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率为76%,治疗组明显效果优于对照组(P<0.01),两组在治疗过程中均无不良反应出现。结论使用葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻,能够修复肠上皮细胞,提高免疫功能,补充营养物质,能够促进小儿康复,值得临床推广。
Objective The observation of zinc gluconate treatment of children with rotavirus diarrhea.Methods Selected 100 cases of children hospitalized due to acute diarrhea,stool rotavirus checks were positive.Were randomLy divided into treatment and control groups,control group received conventional fluid to maintain electrolyte balance and anti-virus and the treatment of the symptoms,the treatment group in the treatment on the basis of the control group,treated with oral zinc gluconate tablets,10d for a course of treatment,two groups were observed ant diarrheal time effect.Results The two groups of ant diarrheal time treatment group was significantly shorter than the control grou（pP0.01）,The total effective rate was 92% in the control group the total effective rate of 76%,treatment group was significantly better than the control grou（pP0.01）,The two groups had no adverse reaction during treatment.Conclusion Use of zinc gluconate treatment of children with rotavirus diarrhea,the T cells able to repair,improve immune function,add nutrients to promote pediatric rehabilitation,and worthy of promotion.
