摘要 利用加速度计测量轴承座的振动加速度,并采用合适的参数对振动信号进行分析。试验表明,在损伤初期,波峰因数和峰度值较高,但随时间的推移,波峰因数和峰度值会减小;而峰值和均方根值在损伤初期较小,但随轴承损伤的不断增加而增大。当轴承受载荷作用时损伤的显示更加明显。 The accelerometer is used to measure the vibration accelerations of the bearing housing, and vibration signal is analyzed according to some proper parameters such as kurtosis, crest factor, peak and root mean square (RMS) val- ue. At the incipient stage of damage crest factor and the kurtosis value is higher, but as time goes on, crest factor and the kurtosis value are decreased ; the peak and RMS value is smaller at the incipient stage but increase with the increase of bearing damage. It can be seen that damage characteristic is more evident when the bearing is loaded.
