摘要
采用无粘结预应力技术建造大型或特大型圆形筒仓,能解决普通混凝土结构钢筋用量较多的问题,而且较容易实现筒仓结构的承载力和抗裂要求,具有很好的经济效果。环形锚具的运用,可以不设置扶壁柱,节约锚具数量及锚下垫板。以工程实例介绍无粘结预应力混凝土圆形筒仓的设计思路。
Using unbonded prestressing technology to build large or extra large round silo can solve the prob- lem of ordinary concrete structural steel consumption and more easily meets the need of carrying capacity of the silo structure and cracking requirements, which has a good economic effects. You cannot set the supporting pi- lasters using ring anchors in order to save anchor quantity and the plate under anchor. The author presents a case study design of bonded prestressed concrete circular silos.
