摘要
穿壁焊承担着极群入槽后把极耳焊接起来,同时保证过孔不漏气,气密检测能通过。穿壁焊实质就是电阻焊。针对不同极耳和不同壁厚的电池壳的特点,同一工作原理的焊接控制系统也要对应不同的参数。目前有较多的是两种焊接控制系统:一种采用工频的低电压大电流的交流焊接方式;另一种采用中频直流电压焊接方式,了解各自的特点并掌握使用方法一定能达到我们所预期的效果。
Through wall welding is applied to weld the ears after the polar groups are put in the grove. After welding, the hole can not leak and also pass the tightness test. In fact, through wall welding is resistance welding. For different polar ear and different wall thickness of the battery shell,the welding control system with the same working principle must correspond to different parameters.Currently, there are two kinds of welding control systems, namely, low voltage and large current AC welding with power frequency and mediate frequency DC voltage welding. The characteristics of the two kinds of welding modes and their use methods were introduced.
