摘要
赛前减脂是运动员参加健美比赛前的重要准备环节,赛前饮食结构直接影响着减脂效果与场上状态。通过文献研读,运用对比、实验以及逻辑分析等方法,试图为高水平健美运动员赛前减脂技术的应用与饮食计划的制定提供科学依据与理论参考。结果表明:低碳水化合物饮食结构更适合用于健美备赛期;长期的低碳水化合物饮食可以有效减少健美运动员身体脂肪含量,并且更有效保留瘦体重。
: Pre - contest fat - loss is an important aspect in preparation of bodybuilding competition. Pre - contest diet directly affects fat - loss and body - conditioning. Method :literature review,comparison,logical analysis,and experiment. Objective : provide the basis for the application of pre - contest fat - loss technique and diet making. The contrast test between low - fat diet and low - carb diet shows that low - carb diet is more effective for pre - contest fat - loss of bodybuilding. The research of low - carb diet shows that long - term low - carb diet does great effect to fat - loss and lean muscle mass maintenance.
