摘要
目的观察持续游泳训练和间歇性负重游泳训练后大鼠杏仁核环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)浓度变化。方法雄性SD大鼠55只,随机分为对照组(NS)、持续训练组(CS)、间歇训练组(IS)。建立大鼠持续游泳和间歇性负重游泳训练模型,采用ELISA法,观察大鼠杏仁核cAMP浓度变化,并进行统计分析。结果与NS组相比,CS组大鼠游泳训练后即刻杏仁核cAMP浓度显著升高(P<0.05),至30 min时达到最高值(P<0.01),而60 min时则下降到最低值(P<0.01),120 min时又呈显著性升高(P<0.05),至240 min时又有所下降,再度低于NS组(P<0.05);间歇训练后,IS组大鼠杏仁核cAMP浓度即刻时较NS组显著降低(P<0.05),至30 min时达到最低值(P<0.01),而60 min时cAMP浓度值则达到最高值(P<0.01),之后120 min时又开始显著下降(P<0.01),但至240 min时呈升高的趋势,且再度高于NS组(P<0.05)。结论持续游泳训练与间歇性负重游泳训练后杏仁核cAMP浓度变化均呈反复升降的锯齿状特征,cAMP对不同形式运动性应激的反应具有较高灵敏度。
Objective To observe the cAMP contents in Amygdale of rats in different moment after endurance swimming and intermittent load swimming. Methods Fifty five male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group, endurance swimming and Intermittent swimming group. To establish the endurance swimming and Intermittent swimming models in rat, and detect the cAMP contents in Amygdale of rats in Amygdale by cAMP ELISA methods, then statistically analyze the resuits. Results Compared with NS group, after endurance swimming, the cAMP contents of CS group rised significantly at 0 rain ( P 〈 0.05 ) and reached the highest at 60 min ( P 〈 0.01 ), but fell to lowest at 60 min ( P 〈 0.01 ), and were significantly elevated at 120 min(P 〈0.05). At 240 min, the cAMP contents of CS group declined and was less than NS group again (P 〈 0.05 ) ; Compared with NS group, after intermittent load swimming, the cAMP contents of IS group declined significantly at 0 min( P 〈 0.05 ) and to the lowest at 60 min( P 〈 0.01 ), but reached the highest at 60 min ( P 〈 0.01 ), and wene significantly declined at 120 min(P 〈 0.01 ). At 240 min, the cAMP contents of IS group rised and was higher than NS group again ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The change characteristics of cAMP contents in Amygdale of rats in CS and IS groups were like serrated. The cAMP was high sensitivity with different forms of exercise - induced stress.
