摘要
采用改进的悬浮聚合工艺制备出 10μ m左右,窄分布的球形聚合墨粉。考察了无机颜料对墨粉颗粒形貌的影响;墨粉的玻璃化转变温度、软化点、熔融指数与墨粉组成的关系;荷电添加剂对墨粉荷电量的调节作用以及聚合墨粉的上机实验效果。结果表明:聚合墨粉在粒度、热学和荷电性能三方面的主要指标达到了 HP、 Canon商用墨粉的要求;简单的工艺设备条件、广泛的调节范围以及较好的显影效果使之有望成为新一代低成本墨粉的制备工艺。
Spherical toners with diameter about 10μ m and narrow particle size distribution were prepared by modified suspension polymerization method.Influence of inorganic pigments on toner morpology and relations of toner composition with glass transition temperature,soften temperature and melt index were investigated.Regulation of CCA to toner charge and results of machine test with polymerized toner were also investigated.Experimental results illustrate that three index which mean size,thermal and charge of polymerized toner can meet with the requirements of Canon,HP commercial toner.Simply operatiopn conditions,widely regulation range as well as suitable development effect can make it a hopeful low manufacturing cost replacing processing to prepare toner.
