摘要
该文在分析兰州市交通堵塞现状基础上,重点针对"畅交通工程"展开总体规划、设计和实践,对大城市交通堵塞所采取的措施予以评价和反思,提出了城市建设与发展中可以借鉴的经验和展望,供业内同行参考。
The article analyzes the status of traffic jam in Lanzhou,focuses discussion on the master planning,design and practice of 'smooth traffic engineering',evaluates and reviews the measures taken for the traffic jam of the big cities,and puts forward the experience and prospect able to be referred for the construction and development of city.
