摘要
根据水质功能要求的概念,建立与传统形式的隶属函数不同的隶属函数,并把各水质指标的隶属度作为权重,把水质级别数作为变量进行加权平均计算,得出一个物理意义较为明确的评价指数——综合平均水质级别。该指数能反应多种因子的影响,对水域功能的确定和待定功能水域的评价,有有效的使用价值。
From the requirement of water quality function,a new type of subor- dinate function was built to describe the continue change of the water quality.To avoid the complex calculation of the traditional Fuzzy Evaluation Method and the vague mean of its results,the writer uses the values of the subordinate functions as the weighs to calculate the comprehensive water quality grade with the obvious mean and the simple process.
