河流流域污水处理厂布点的优化技术

摘要 本文提出了一种寻找河流流域污水处理厂最优布点的局部优化方法。该法系根据图论,综合考虑一组处理厂的布点、处理水平和污水运输管系,在满足河流流域各点的水质标准要求的同时,求取以最低成本处理来自各污染源污水的最优解。 In this paper, a method for finding local optima of location of wastewater treatment plants in a river basin is presented. The proposed method is based on the theory of network, and may be applicable for solving the problem of synthetically considering the conveyance system, location and treatment degree of a set of plants for treating at minimal cost wastewater from various pollution sources, while water qulity standards at various points of a river basin under consideration.
