摘要
方法 应用蒸汽掺柴油进行地层、井筒、地面管线三位一体降粘技术研究。目的 解决超稠油生产难题 ,为超稠油的有效开发提供依据。结果 在G5 82 2井进行两个周期的现场试验 ,共增油 45 1 6t,延长生产时间 30~ 5 0d ,提高回采水率达 70 % ,油汽比 0 17~ 0 2 1,降粘效果明显。结论 应用同心管蒸汽掺柴油技术 ,可初步解决超稠油生产难题 ;但要提高整体效益 ,还有待于进一步攻关。
Method\ The viscosity reduction technique is studied by applying steam with diesel as additives into formations, boreholes and ground pipelines. Purpose\ To solve the problem of ultra heavy oil production so as to provide supports for effective development of ultra heavy oil. Result\ Two cycles of field test of well G5822 show sharp effect of viscosity reduction with additional oil totaled 451t, production time prolonged for 35~50d, water recovery increased up to 70%, and oil-gas ratio being 0.17~0.21. Conclusion\ The problem of ultra heavy oil production can be preliminarily solved by applying concentric tubing steam adding diesel oil; however, overall effect improvement still needs more work.
