摘要
目的探讨强化针对性指导对老年髋关节置换术患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2009年6月至2011年8月于本院进行治疗的82例老年髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规康复干预组)和观察组(强化针对性指导组)各41例。比较两组患者干预前和干预后3个月、6个月的治疗康复态度、Harris、ADL及生存质量评分。结果观察组康复治疗后3个月与6个月的治疗康复态度、Harris、ADL及生存质量评分结果均好于对照组(P均<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论强化针对性指导对老年髋关节置换术患者的康复治疗态度和效果均有积极的影响,并且对于患者的生存状态也有明显的改善作用。
Objective To study the influence of strengthening pertinence guidance on the rehabilitation effect of elderly patients treated with hip replacement. Methods 82 elderly patients treated with hip replacement from June 2009 to August 2011 were selected as research object, and were randomly divided into control group （routine re- habilitation intervention group, 41 cases） and observation group （strengthening pertinence guidance group, 41 cases）, then the rehabilitation therapeutic attitude, Harris score, ADL score and life quality of two groups before and after the intervention at third and sixth month were compared. Results The rehabilitation therapeutic attitude, Harris score, ADL score and life quality of observation group before and after the intervention at third and sixth month were all bet- ter than those of control group （all the P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The strengthening pertinence guidance has active in- fluence on the therapeutic attitude and effect of elderly patients treated with hip replacement, and can significantly im- prove the living state.
