专家型胫骨髓内钉治疗胫骨近端干骺端骨折22例疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨闭合或小切口复位专家型胫骨髓内钉(Expert Tibial Nail,ETN)在胫骨近端干骺端骨折中的应用效果。方法采用闭合或小切口复位ETN内固定22例胫骨近端干骺端骨折患者。结果所有患者均得到随访。手术时间平均105min(70~140min)。所有骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间16.6周(14~19周)。患者完全负重时间平均12.2周(8~18周);所有患者无感染、断钉、固定失效等并发症。结论ETN治疗胫骨近端干骺端骨折具有软组织损伤小、骨折断端固定牢靠、骨折愈合率高、畸形发生率低、早期功能锻炼等优点,是治疗胫骨近端骨折的理想方法。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of closed or small incision reset Expert Tibial Nail (ETN) in the treatment of proximal metaphyseal fractures. Methods Twenty-two patients suffering from proximal metaphyseal fractures were treated with closed or small incision reset ETN. Results All the patients were followed up. The average duration of operation was 105 rain (70~140 rain). The fractures of all the patients were cured, with the healing time of 16.6 weeks (14-19 weeks). The average full weight bearing time was 12.2 weeks (8-18 weeks). None of patients has developed complications such as infection, broken nail or fixation failure. Conclusion ETN is an ideal method for treating proximal metaphyseal fractures, with minimal tissue trauma, strong fixation of fracture broken end, higher rate of fracture healing, lower deformity rate and earlier functional exercises.
