摘要 病人男，59岁。因“反复脐周疼痛10年加重2个月”于201l一06—10人院。病人无畏寒发热、无恶心呕吐、无皮肤巩膜黄染。CT平扫检查见胰腺头部体积、密度不均匀，中央见低密度区；增强扫描病灶早期强化不明显，中央不强化，
