摘要
1988年11月6日在云南省澜沧和耿马分别发生了7.6级和7.2级强烈地震,震中烈度均达9度,造成了生命和财产的严重损失。本文在总结经验教训的基础上,研讨了当前地震预报中的一些问题,并提出了一些建设性意见。文章特别强调了地震预报的复杂性和系统分析的必要性。
The strong carthquakes of magnitudes 7.6 and 7.2 occurred respectively at Lancang and Gongma of Yunnan Province on November 6,1988,with an intensity of 9 at both epicenters,and caused serious loss of lives and properties.The paper,on the basis of sum- ming up experiences and lessons,discusses some problems existing in earthquake prediction at present,and puts forward some constructive suggestions.The paper especially emphasizes the complicaey of earthquake prediction and the necessity of systematic analysis.
