摘要
以蚕沙为原料,丙酮比乙醇为2 1的混合溶液为萃取剂,采用微波辅助法萃取蚕沙叶绿素,通过单因素试验和正交试验设计考察微波压力、微波时间、微波功率等主要工艺参数对萃取效率的影响,并优化萃取工艺。结果表明,其最优工艺条件为:微波压力为0.4 MPa,微波时间为50 s,微波功率为300 W。在此最优工艺条件下,蚕沙叶绿素a的浓度可达到14.325 mg.L-1。
Silkworm faeces as raw material,chlorophyll was prepared with mixture solution of acetone and ethanol(2 1) using the method of microwave-assisted organic solvent extraction in this study.The influences of main process parameters,including microwave pressures,microwave time and microwave output powers on chlorophyll extraction efficiency from silkworm faeces were compared and analyzed,and the extraction process was optimized via single-factor tests and a four-factor three-level orthogonal array experimental design(L9(34)).The optimal conditions for chlorophyll extraction from silkworm faeces were as follows: microwave pressure was 0.4 MPa,microwave time was 50 s and microwave output power was 300 W.And the concentration of chlorophyll a reached 14.325 mg.L-1when the optimal conditions were met.
