摘要
通过对土壤施用不同浓度的硫(S)、硒(Se)处理,研究其对茎瘤芥13种矿质元素吸收积累及其对膨大茎营养品质的影响。主成分分析和因子分析结果表明,叶片和膨大茎的硫浓度随着硫浓度的增高而增加,硫硒浓度的低比率(S/Se=17,S 50 mg.L-1,Se 3 mg.L-1)更有利于叶片和茎中硒的积累,同时也促使无机硒向有机硒转化。硫、硒素不同浓度处理主要影响茎瘤芥膨大茎中磷、钾、硫、硒、钼、钙和铁等7种矿质元素吸收,其中膨大茎中有机硒含量与磷、钾、硫、硒含量呈正相关,游离氨基酸含量与磷、钾、硫、硒、钙、铁元素呈正相关,粗蛋白含量除与钼元素呈负相关外,与其余的磷、钾、硫、硒、钙、铁均呈正相关。综合分析,S50Se(1S50 mg.L-1,Se 1 mg.L-1)处理为较合理的土壤施用量。
Five different levels of sulfur(S) and selenium(Se) fertilizer were added to the soil,on which tuber mustards were grown.Total 13 kinds of mineral elements were determined in leaf and tuber,respectively.The results showed that the S content in both leaf and tuber increased with the addition of S,but the accumulation of Se in leaf and tuber was related with the radios of S to Se in the growing environment,and the low radio of S/Se=17(S 50 mg·L-1,Se 3 mg·L-1) showed the highest Se contents,and facilitated the transform of Se from inorganic to organic Se.Different levels of S and Se fertilizer mainly influenced the absorption of seven kinds of mineral elements in tuber,including phosphorus(P),potassium(K),S,Se,molybdenum(Mo),calcium(Ca),and ferrum(Fe).The content of organic Se showed the positive correlation with the concentration of P,K,S,and Se in tuber.The content of free amino acids was positively relevant to those of P,K,S,Se,Ca,and Fe.The concentration of crude protein was also positively relevant to the above elements,but negative correlation with Mo.In conclusion,the treatment of S50Se1(S 50 mg·L-1,Se 1 mg·L-1) was recommended in the improvement of the accumulation of mineral elements and the nutrient quality of tuber mustard.
