摘要
用MPVⅡ型显微分光光度计与HP—9825A微型计算机连机操作,测量了5例乳腺单纯癌和3例乳腺腺病的细胞核DNA含量和面积,同时,以淋巴细胞做为内插二倍体标准。测量数据经微机处理,可同时获得细胞核之DNA含量和核面积两个参数,井分别以数字同时显示其相对值。其DNA组方图显示明显的、不规则的非整倍体时,对鉴别恶性肿瘤性生长和良性病变是有意义的,但有些恶性肿瘤的组方图如№。1与良性病变相似,故应注意假阴性。
Cell-nuclear DNA content and area of simplex earcinoma of breast and mammary adenosis were measured by Loitz MPV microspectrophotometer linking up with HP-9825A microcomputer, 10 lymphocytes in each preparation were used as internal, diploid standards. Disposing the measurement value by microcomputer, we can obtain and show two parameters, cell nuclear DNA content and area at the same time.
