'The tertiary hospitals accreditated after January 1st,2011, will be overhauled, because Ministry of Health does not recognize the results.' Liu Yong, director of Department of Medical Service Supervision, Ministry Of Health, declared on the Chinese Health Forum on August 17th. This decision from MOH does not only disturb the original plans of some hospital CEOs, but also backfire on MOH, which draw the attention of media and public to the hospital accreditation system.
