摘要
本实验以^(51)铬酸钠标记的K562细胞为靶细胞,检测了45例正常人及81例肿瘤病人的外周血NK细胞活性,研究了不同化疗方案对肿瘤病人外周血NK细胞活性的影响。结果表明:肿瘤病人外周血NK细胞活性明显低于正常人;肿瘤病人的瘤负荷状态与NK细胞活性有明显相关性,化疗对肿瘤病人NK细胞功能的影响与疗前NK活性状态有关:疗前NK活性正常,化疗明显抑制NK活性,疗前NK活性低下,化疗对NK活性的影响则尚难以肯定。
The NK activity in Peripheral blood of 45 normal controls and 81 cancer patients was determined. The results showed that NK cell activity of cancer patients was lower than that of normal controls, and correlation between NK cell activity and tumor burden of patients was also apparent. The effects of chemotherapy on NK activity of cancer patients were studied. In patients with normal level of NK activity, their NK activity usually came down after 1-2 cycles of chemotherapy. But in patients with low NK activity before treatent, their NK activity varied in different patients. The kinetic change and balance of NK activity in cancer patients was also discussed.
