摘要
高职的培养目标是把学生培养成应用型人才,能与企业的用人需求相接轨,锻炼学生的创新思维,将知识转化为自身的应用能力。市场调研的开放式实训,主要强调以学生作为学习的主体,以培养学生在职业情景中的动手能力为目标,要求学生依靠团队合作独立的计划、实施和评估为整体,以能力为本位对市场调研的全过程进行综合考评。
The target of vocational education is training students to be practical talents,in accordance with enterprise's demands,strengthen students' creative thinking,and the ability to change the knowledge into their own application.The openend training in market research emphasizes students as the main body of learning.The object is to cultivate students operating ability in vocational scene,it need students to rely on team cooperation in planning,implementation and evaluation as a whole.The competency based evaluation through out the whole process of the overall performance.
