摘要
目的总结分析糖尿病治疗药物的合理应用。方法结合糖尿病的治疗目标,探讨糖尿病治疗合理用药的原则和药物选用。结果糖尿病药物的治疗原则主要体现在刺激胰岛-细胞分泌胰岛素和改善胰岛素敏感性。结论在糖尿病治疗药物选择原则指导下的合理选用治疗药物具有很好临床意义。
Objective To summarize and analyze the reasonable application of the diabetes medica- tion. Methods Combined with the goal of diabetes treatment, exploring the principles of rational drug use and drug selection in the treatment of diabetes. Results The principles of treatment of diabetes drugs mainly stim- ulate islet cells to secrete insulin and improve insulin sensitivity. Conclusion Reasonable choice of therapy in diabetes treatment drug of choice guided by the principles of good clinical significance.
