摘要
ras P_(21)是ras癌基因族的产物。为探索抗rasP_(21)单克隆抗体(简称P_(21)单抗)临床应用的可能性及肿瘤的癌变机理,作者通过ABC免疫试验和免疫印迹试验,用我室研制的P_(21)单抗SCI-oncogemaI分析了约137例人肿瘤组织和正常组织的ras P_(21)表达。 材料和方法 一、标本的组织类型 原发性肺癌38例,其中腺癌19例、鳞癌15例。
The expression of ras P21 in various human cancer and normal tissues were detectedwith avidin-biotin immunoperoxidase assay (137 cases) and western blot method (30cases) by anti-P21 monoclonal antibody. The result demonstrated a high level of rasP21 expression in many malignant tissues, e. g.,cancers of lung, breast and colorectumout a low level in most normal tissues. It was observed that expression of ras P21 wasvaried with grades of cell differention in lung cancer.
