摘要
提出一种容量自动匹配、电压自动调节、元件自动分选的电容极间耐压检测方法。针对现有电容极间耐压检测设备输出电压需手动调节、测试效率低、体积庞大等问题,研制了一种可实现自动调谐体积较小的电容极间耐压检测设备,实现了测试过程中电感和电容的自动匹配、输出电压自动调节、合格元件自动分选与统计。试验测试和实际应用表明,该设备在提高检测效率的同时节省了统计时间。
This paper presents a capacitance automatic matching,automatic voltage regulating and automatic component choosing method which is used to test the capacitor's voltage between terminals.For existing capacitor terminal withstand voltage equipment,the output voltage needs to be adjusted by manual,the test efficiency is low,bulky and some other issues,the paper introduces the development of a smaller and auto-tuning capacitor terminal withstand voltage equipment.The equipment can automatic match inductance and capacitance,automatic adjust output voltage,automatic choose and count the qualified components.
