摘要
介绍了以PLC为控制核心,综合运用Profibus现场总线和以太网技术的矿山胶带机输送自动控制系统系统设计与应用。PLC控制和上位监控程序分别在西门子公司的集成开发环境下完成,从系统构成设计、PLC系统结构设计、控制功能、系统配置等几方面论述了该系统。
This paper design a mine belt conveyor system of automatic control with PLC control,combining with Profibus fieldbus and Ethernet technology.The PLC control and host monitoring program are developed in the SIEMENS＇s integrated environment.The contents in the system contain the system structure design,PLC system architecture design,control functions,system configuration and other aspects.
